Yoga Dom





Yoga Dom teaches Hatha Yoga for you to practice at home at your own pace. Like anything other workout, Yoga is to be learned and practiced in a cautiously. That goes without saying that you may want to consult with your doctor. Also, do not exert yourself to stretch to the extent that it hurts. Yoga is unforgivingly injury prone and at times are irreversible. Having said that, the benefits of Yoga learned gradually can be lifelong. Yoga has been proven to stimulate endocrone functions, improve flexibility, agility and vitality. Yoga is also very refreshing. There are variations of Yoga today namely power yoga, water yoga, chair yoga, office yoga etc. Yoga Dom will present basic postures of Hatha Yoga without any aphorism.
